Northern California is considered a Biodiversity HotSpot. Home to so many different Species due to the "Chantrelle" Ecosystem.
Said to be one of only 12 similar "Mediterranean Climates" in the World; it is important to Protect and Preserve native plants and trees not found in other places.
By planting wildflowers, not using chemicals and providing habitat and water year round, these important Species can live on to be part of a synergistic, organic environment.

WE love dirt around here!
WE strive to compost, conserve water and use as many recycled and renewable resources in our production as possible.
WE rotate areas and plant cover crops so as not to deplete the soil, never spray pesticides or herbicides and will soon be registered with the CDFA as an OIM.

WE raise Cortunix Jumbo Brown Pharaoh Quail, Celeledon and Grau fee varieties. This assortment offers larger eggs, blue eggs and a strong breed.

For Centuries Quail eggs have been consumed for protein as well as used in cosmetics, hair rinses and recipes.
